Customer Support Representative, Call Center - Full-time / Part-time

You’ll troubleshoot technical issues by actively listening to customers and identifying solutions based on their concerns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking calls and troubleshooting steps using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to maintain accurate and organized records.
