Remote Short-Form Video Editor

Overview DD Digital is a growing content and digital services agency helping creators and brands scale through short-form content. We are building a team of driven editors who want ownership over their income and client relationships — not just hourly pay. This is not a salary position. This is an opportunity to build recurring monthly income based on the clients you manage and edit for. You will be editing anywhere from 150-300 videos everyday depending on what package your client subscribes to. Each video can take anywhere from 15 seconds to 1 minute to edit but as you get used to the process it will be much easier and efficient to edit and upload. This is NOT for someone who wants to put their own creative touch on video edits, there is a strict template in which each editor will follow. This ensures videos are correctly edited and posted as well as it being efficient to ensure every video is uploaded daily. The job is 7 days a week, if you are unable to edit 7 days a week then you cannot work with this agency. Availability and attention to detail is massive for this agency. Duties • Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) • Add captions, hooks, pacing adjustments • Deliver content on schedule • Communicate clearly with management • Maintain quality and retention-focused editing Requirements • Experience editing short-form content • Strong understanding of social media pacing • Reliable communication • Available to work 7 days a week • Ability to work independently How It Works • We generate and onboard clients • Clients are assigned to editors • You manage editing and delivery • You build recurring monthly income Editors start part-time. High performers can scale to full-time workload. Example: • Client pays $1,000/month • You receive $800/month • DD Digital retains 20% for infrastructure, sales, and operations The more clients you handle successfully, the more you earn. Each client will take anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3 hours DAILY to edit for. There is no income cap.
