**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients visiting the arenaflex Centurion Parlor at the IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, serving as a brand ambassador and delivering personalized experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival at the parlor
* Providing attentive and proactive support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and concerns
* Offering travel, card, attendant, and lifestyle services to arenaflex Card Members
* Collaborating with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our clients

**Capabilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following capabilities:
* At least 1 year of experience working with premium clients, preferably in a carrier, parlor, or travel industry setting
