Our mission is to create a world of health around every consumer, and we're driven by a passion for transforming health care. **Position Overview** As a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fully remote environment, providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:50am-4:20pm EST, with the possibility of schedules changing at any time with advanced notice.
