The bonus will be paid on the first regular payday following the 30-day employment anniversary, provided the employee meets all of the following criteria: • Maintains perfect attendance during the first 30 days (no unexcused absences or no-call/no-shows) • Completes all required training within the initial 30-day period • Remains actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in forfeiture of the sign-on bonus.
