Hospitality Interior Design Specialist (Revit Documentation)

This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to contribute to extraordinary hospitality projects from the U.SResponsibilities Create detailed design drawings in Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details for High End Hotel Design projects. Produce comprehensive design documentation in Revit , including specifications and schedules, for al phases (SD,DD, CD) Create and develope Families in Revit. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proven experience in high-end hotel interior design projects Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for high-end hospitality projects Proficiency in design software such as Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Able to present a comprehensive portfolio showcasing Hotel Design Projects you´ve worked on. Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in projects developed in the state of California (USA) will be appreciated. Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional quality Fluency in English is required.
