Mercor is seeking expert evaluators to support a high-impact evaluation workflow in partnership with a leading AI research lab. This project focuses on the Healthcare domain, where you will assess agent-generated research reports related to medical trends, healthcare technologies, and industry best practices. ### Who We're Hiring We are looking for evaluators with a background in Healthcare, Medicine, Public Health, or related fields. This workflow is ideal for individuals who: - Professionals with experience in clinical workflows, healthcare operations, medical documentation, or health tech platforms. - Backgrounds may include doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, medical coders, or healthcare analysts. - Strong understanding of medical terminology, compliance (HIPAA), and patient data handling. ### Key Responsibilities - Evaluate agent-generated research reports for accuracy, relevance, and clarity - Provide structured feedback and written justifications using a rubric - Work independently to complete evaluations within deadlines - Maintain consistency and precision across all assigned tasks ### You’re a Strong Fit If You Have: - Experience or knowledge in healthcare, medicine, or public health - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written communication skills - Comfort working independently and asynchronously ### Role Details - Part-time (20–40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling. - Competitive rates: $85–$105/hour depending on expertise.
