Elite Tech Sales is looking for a high-agency Technical Talent Sourcer to join our delivery team. We have a consistent pipeline of exclusive, high-value technical job orders—we just need the talent to fill them. This is a 1099 contract position designed for recruiters who want to maximize their earnings by focusing strictly on sourcing and screening without the burden of business development or cold-calling clients. What You’ll Do: • Identify, engage, and screen top-tier tech talent for active, exclusive roles. • Manage the candidate pipeline and provide weekly status updates. • Act as a subject matter expert for candidates, guiding them through the interview process. Requirements: • Infrastructure: Proven experience utilizing professional sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar). • Track Record: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.). • Self-Driven: Ability to operate independently in a results-oriented, 1099 environment. Compensation: • Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (Estimated annual commission). • Structure: 100% Commission (50% placement split).
