Region VP Finance-Central

Job Summary and Responsibilities • Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial statements, coordination of month end reports and bridge plans monthly for the region. • Work with and/or lead the market and region financial teams supporting region analytics and research. • Coordinates with Region CFO to ensure compliance on audits, due diligence and coordination with national team directives and needs. • Responsible for the overall functions of budgeting and long range financial planning including assisting the Region CFO with setting financial targets and ensuring those targets are met. • Assist the Region and Market CFOs to enforce labor productivity management goals. • Will step in during absence of Region CFO • Assist the Region CFO in evaluation of strategic initiatives and capital projects within the markets Job Requirements Required Education and Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • 10 years hospital-related healthcare finance experience and 5 years management and leadership experience. Preferred Education and Experience • Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
