Director - Legal Affairs

We are looking for a Director, Legal Affairs to provide legal support and guidance across multiple functions of the company, including senior management. The role will include broad legal responsibilities with respect to commercial matters for the company, including drafting and negotiating technology agreements; sponsorship and partnership agreements; marketing, media, and affiliate agreements; and other commercial agreements. The role will work closely with all business teams including igaming, social gaming, technology/product development, marketing, finance and operations. Requirements What are we looking for? • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial transactional work at a reputable law firm and/or in-house corporate with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and corporate transactions. • Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial contracts, and technology/IP. • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in digital online gaming and/or sports betting is a plus. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams.
