As Manager, you’ll help shape the future of Walmart’s Fashion Intimates and Sleep business, working cross-functionally to deliver value and growth. What you’ll do: • Manage sourcing processes for Domestic and Direct Import strategies. • Oversee costing and quality for Omni channel sourcing and operations. • Develop and maintain supplier relationships. • Lead sourcing opportunities and ensure supplier capability. • Guide partners and suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and price goals. • Analyze data and compile reports to support business decisions. What you’ll bring: • Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women’s categories. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • 3+ years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing; 4-6 years with major brands or importers/agents. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to communicate business priorities and drive results. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
