Curriculum Writer for award-winning national marketing firm

Hero Marketing Agency is seeking an experienced business training and curriculum writer to help develop a series of professional e-learning guides and course materials for a new division within our agency. We are an award-winning, 20-year established national marketing and strategy firm. Our goal is to provide a safe and exceptional environment if you are selected as our freelancer on this project, where you can thrive and easily understand your objectives working with our top-tier executive leadership team on this project! Our team has already created rough drafts, outlines, and subject-matter insights. We are looking for someone who can transform these materials into polished, structured learning content suitable for a digital learning platform, and in-person and online training sessions with multiple participants / guidebook. The right candidate will have experience developing online course material, training programs, or educational content that is clear, engaging, and easy to follow for professionals. Project Scope: You will work directly with our leadership team to: • Expand and refine existing course outlines and rough drafts • Structure content into logical modules and lessons • Develop clear learning objectives and key takeaways • Write engaging instructional copy and lesson explanations • Format content for a digital learning platform (Kajabi, Teachable, Skool, Thinkific, etc.) • Help organize downloadable guides, worksheets, and supporting materials Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who: • Has experience writing curriculum, training programs, or e-learning courses • Understands instructional design and learning flow • Can take rough ideas and transform them into clear, structured lessons • Writes in a professional but engaging tone • Is comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts • Has experience building content within e-learning platforms Project Details: • Multiple guides and course modules • Remote collaboration with our team • Potential for ongoing work as we expand our training programs If you have experience developing high-quality online learning content and enjoy turning expert knowledge into structured educational material, we’d love to hear from you.
