We are seeking an Accounting and Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a broad accounting generalist position, supporting core accounting operations across the organization and assisting with treasury and cash management. This position is ideal for a hands‑on finance professional who is comfortable operating across treasury and accounting in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This is a remote position with a preferred location in Central or Eastern time zones. What You'll Do • Provide broad‑based accounting support across the organization, including general ledger activities, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and internal controls, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs • Prepare and review reconciliations for key general ledger accounts, including cash and bank related accounts • Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations • Assist with balance sheet and income statement variance analysis • Support continuous improvement of accounting processes, documentation, and controls • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies • Assist with managing daily and weekly cash positioning, monitoring balances across bank accounts, and supporting cash flow forecasting • Assist with payment processing and cash disbursements • Support treasury-related reporting and audit requests Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA preferred • Experience supporting cash management, treasury operations, or banking activities preferred • Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting and/or financial experience (public accounting experience strongly preferred) • Expertise in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skills required) • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks • Experience with Oracle (or similar ERP systems) is a plus • Familiarity with account reconciliation software preferred • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and leadership abilities How We'll Take Care of You • Base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 annually • Equity options & annual cash incentives • Generous paid time off, including Flexible Time Off and 12 annual company holidays as well as one week between Christmas and New Year’s for a company-wide annual break, parental leave, and bereavement leave. • Robust wellness benefits for employees and their eligible dependents including medical, dental, vision, mental health, and basic life and disability insurance • Optional benefits available include Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), identity protection, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance • 401K savings plan Pay Transparency Statement Indigo is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all employees. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
