Key Responsibilities
• Lead in-depth analysis of healthcare operations data and Customer Success KPIs
• Collaborate with Customer Success leaders to craft data-driven strategies that demonstrate value and ROI
• Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance reporting systems
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience with a top-tier healthcare management consulting firm or health system strategic operations team
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Proven experience using SQL for data analysis
• Experience leading and mentoring teams of analysts
• Ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
