Netsmartz is expanding its ServiceNow Telecom & Fibre practice across North America and is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist. This role focuses on building a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and scheduling discovery meetings for the sales and consulting teams. Responsibilities • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and event/webinar follow-ups • Qualify prospects based on defined ICP, business needs, and readiness criteria • Schedule and confirm discovery meetings and solution discussions for sales and consulting teams • Maintain strong conversion ratios from outreach → conversation → qualified meetings • Capture customer pain points, current challenges, and business priorities during initial conversations • Ensure meeting readiness by sharing clear prospect insights with sales teams • Conduct structured follow-ups and nurture early-stage opportunities • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, activities, and meeting outcomes in CRM systems • Ensure pipeline hygiene and consistent follow-up cadence • Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance • Partner with marketing teams to convert campaign, event, and webinar leads into meetings • Collaborate with ServiceNow solution teams to improve outreach messaging and qualification quality Skills • 3–7 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation / SDR / Appointment Setting roles within ServiceNow and IT services • Strong experience prospecting into Telecom, Fibre, or Communications Service Provider (CSP) accounts • Proven success engaging senior stakeholders and qualifying enterprise opportunities • Strong cold outreach, objection handling, and follow-up discipline • Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Exposure to ServiceNow, ITSM, OSS/BSS, or telecom transformation solutions • Experience supporting enterprise or consultative technology sales teams Company Overview • Agile and Elastic Teams On-demand It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in Pittsford, New York, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
