Core Focus of the Role
• Talent Identification Engage with experienced professionals and leadership candidates through digital outreach strategies.
• Consultative Conversations Conduct structured professional discovery conversations to evaluate alignment and professional readiness (training and systems provided).
• On-boarding & Mentorship Support new associates through the on-boarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship.
• Global Professional Collaboration Participate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with an international network of experienced professionals.
Ideal Professional Profile
• Experience: 7+ years of senior-level professional experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, leadership development, or people-focused roles.
• Accountability: A strong history of leadership and strategic responsibility with the ability to manage your own performance.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations.
• Mindset: A self-motivated "Big Thinker" seeking autonomy, flexibility, and a direct link between effort and outcomes.
