The Company: King Energy is a leader in rooftop solar and battery storage, serving commercial and industrial properties across the United States. Powered by King Energy's OneBill software platform and backed by significant venture capital and project financing investment, we deploy solar on commercial rooftops and provide the energy generated to both local tenants and members of the broader community. The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Originations Analyst to join our Finance team and play a critical role in the pre-financing stage of our solar projects. In this role, you will focus on the lifecycle of a project from site control and lease signing through to Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Permission to Operate (PTO). You will work closely with our Sales team to build financial models using our BOLT pricing model, ensuring that initial proposals are structured for rapid financing. Your primary objective is to ensure that leases are "finance-ready" when they reach the next stage of the pipeline. You will proactively identify and mitigate potential drags on lease negotiations that could impact the financing timeline. This role requires a blend of financial modeling, internal collaboration, and a keen understanding of how project-level details influence broader financial viability.
