The Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and consistently set high-quality appointments for our sales team.
This is a metrics-driven role with clear expectations and performance standards.
Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
Success in this role is measured by:
100+ outbound calls per day
15+ qualified appointments booked per week
70%+ show rate on booked appointments
50%+ conversion rate from sales call → customer

Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to real estate professionals
Use phone, text, email, and social media to prospect and follow up
Qualify prospects based on fit, urgency, and readiness
Book high-quality discovery calls for closers
Maintain clean CRM records and structured follow-up
Execute and refine proven outreach frameworks
Report weekly performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong phone presence and confidence
Comfortable with structured activity and performance metrics
Resilient, coachable, and competitive
Self-directed in a remote environment
Strong follow-up discipline
Preferred
Prior SDR/BDR experience with quota attainment
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
Experience selling high-ticket services to small business owners or real estate professionals

Compensation
Base Salary: $1,500/month
Uncapped Commissions
Performance-based advancement opportunities
