The Role We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and consistently set high-quality appointments for our sales team. This is a metrics-driven role with clear expectations and performance standards. Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable) Success in this role is measured by: 100+ outbound calls per day 15+ qualified appointments booked per week 70%+ show rate on booked appointments 50%+ conversion rate from sales call → customer If you thrive in high-activity environments and want to sharpen elite-level sales skills, this is for you. Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls daily to real estate professionals Use phone, text, email, and social media to prospect and follow up Qualify prospects based on fit, urgency, and readiness Book high-quality discovery calls for closers Maintain clean CRM records and structured follow-up Execute and refine proven outreach frameworks Report weekly performance metrics What We’re Looking For Required Strong phone presence and confidence Comfortable with structured activity and performance metrics Resilient, coachable, and competitive Self-directed in a remote environment Strong follow-up discipline Preferred Prior SDR/BDR experience with quota attainment CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Experience selling high-ticket services to small business owners or real estate professionals Who This Role Is For You are a strong performer who: Wants to learn directly from a proven sales operator Values structure, accountability, and standards Sees sales as a craft to master Is serious about career growth This role is not a fit if you dislike outbound calling, avoid metrics, or need hand-holding.
