You'll craft scripts that don't just teach web development and online business concepts, but help viewers believe they can actually succeed. We're the "inspiring backstage hero" - putting client success first while naturally showcasing how our tools remove barriers to getting started. You'll create content that transforms "I wish I could build a website" into "I'm actually doing this." Your scripts will blend entertainment, education, and genuine empowerment for our diverse audience - from complete beginners taking their first steps online to experienced developers and entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses. Your day-to-day • Research & story development : Stay ahead of industry trends while uncovering authentic transformation stories that inspire action • Strategic content creation : Develop engaging concepts with viral potential while maintaining our educational voice and brand integrity • Multi-format writing : Create long-form You Tube scripts and adapt content for shorts and other platforms • Cross-team collaboration : Work with marketing and product teams on content strategy, natural product integrations, and new product feature promotions • Team alignment : Participate in regular team meetings, planning sessions, and alignment calls with stakeholders • Performance analysis : Review analytics and iterate on script approaches to increase channel growth, viewer retention, and audience engagement • Content planning : Participate in quarterly strategic planning while staying flexible for trending topics • Production guidance : Provide detailed visual cues and production notes to video editors Your skills and experience • Native-level English : Exceptional writing skills with impeccable grammar and punctuation • Self-directed collaboration : Ability to work independently while actively participating in team meetings, planning sessions, and incorporating feedback from editors and stakeholders • Strategic creativity : Creative mindset with understanding of how engaging content drives customer acquisition and ability to connect creative decisions to measurable business outcomes • You Tube expertise : Strong grasp of hooks, pattern interrupts, retention strategies, and content optimization techniques • Brand storytelling mastery : Skill in maintaining Hostinger Academy's unique voice while naturally integrating product benefits without hard-selling - understanding the difference between brand content and personal influencer style • Adaptability under pressure : Can deliver quality scripts on tight deadlines while incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders • Industry knowledge : Familiarity with website creation, ecommerce platforms, online marketing, productivity tools, AI applications for business, or digital entrepreneurship (highly valued) What makes this role unique • This isn't just tutorial writing; it's storytelling with real business impact.
