Sales Representative, Building Services & Construction

We are immediately hiring a Sale Representative Commercial, Building Services & Construction to be based in Orlando, Jacksonville or Tampa, FL area - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers. Here are some of the perks and rewards. • Competitive compensation • Uncapped commission plan • Company vehicle, cell phone, and computer • No premium cost medial plan option available • Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement • Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership, and across territories • Safety-focused culture What you’ll do: • Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers. • Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions. • Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals. • Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers. • Developing medium-to-long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers. • Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. • Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale. We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience: • 3+ years of direct sales or technical sales experience selling to contractors • Entrepreneurial Mindset • Must possess a sales hunter mindset • You’ll have a general understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems • Knowledge of selling to contractors (General, Mechanical, and Electrical) • Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) • Successfully maintained a sales quota of $3.0 million+ annually • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience We recruit the best talent.
