[Remote] Data Quality Analyst- Clinical

The Data Quality Analyst plays a central role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data products, performing comparisons, identifying issues, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations. Responsibilities • Write, execute, and automate complex SQL queries to evaluate data behavior across versions • Perform holistic comparisons of prior and current data products to identify expected and unexpected changes • Identify, escalate, and track potential data quality issues through the entire product lifecycle • Conduct formal product reviews for each data refresh cycle to ensure outputs meet requirements and specifications • Design, develop, and execute test plans and validation frameworks to confirm business rules and mappings as well as evaluate data product performance, and reliability • Identify data defects, inconsistencies, and anomalies and support root-cause analysis when needed • Communicate technical, key findings and trends in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders as well as the ability to document via release notes • Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor data quality trends and measure changes over time Skills • Bachelor's degree in quantitative, technical, or clinical discipline • 3+ years of experience in data quality, validation, analytics, or similar data-intensive roles • Strong proficiency in SQL, preferably in Snowflake or equivalent cloud systems • Experience with Python for automation, validation, or engineering tasks • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to detect subtle inconsistencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues clearly • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Benefits • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance beginning the 1st of the month following your date of hire • Paid Time Off • 401k with employer match • Paid Holidays and Floating Holiday Company Overview • Integra Connect is a healthcare technology company focusing on specialty care data, insights from powerful AI, and analytics solutions.
