Job Description As a Customer Care Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that each customer has a positive experience with our airline. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide information regarding flight schedules, reservations, and other airline-related inquiries. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using computers and customer service software. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
