Description and Requirements Location - the ideal candidate must be located in New Mexico, Arizona or Colorado. The Team You Will Join The team you will join is Network Development, and the role is responsible for recruitment of out of network dentist to participate in MetLife's Preferred Provider Network. The Opportunity The Network Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the recruitment of out of network dentist into MetLife's Preferred Dental Network. The position is required to support the dental current book of business and any new dental business. Increasing the MetLife Preferred Network allows our dental business to receive dental services in network on a national level. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to create and implement effective recruitment strategies. The Network Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruitment, negotiation and contract out of network dentist to participate in MetLife's Preferred Network. You’ll collaborate closely with the Network Team, Sales and Client Services, and Finance in an environment where every contribution is respected, and every perspective is heard. How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) • Lead targeted Recruitment Efforts in your assigned territory. • Create recruitment list of out of network dentist to contract with MetLife Preferred Network. • Oversee the assigned territory. • Manage positive and professional relationships with Dental Providers. • Develop recruitment strategies to target out of network dentist to participate in MetLife's Preferred Dental Network. • Coordinate with the required departments including, Sales, Client Services and Finance. What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications) • If required: 3+ years of experience as Network Recruiter, Dental Practice Management, or Dental Office/ • CRM/Salesforce, Proficient in Excel, MicroSoft • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills • Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills • Self-Starter and Motivated • Travel is required (estimated 50%) • High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills) • Suggested 3-5 of years of experience in Network, Dental Practice Management or Dental Office. • CRM/Salesforce, Excel, MicroSoft. • Strong Negotiation Skills. • Familiar with Dental PPO and HMO Plans. The expected salary range for this position is $57,500-$78,000. This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation under the sales plan for the position. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
