We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a fast-paced, fun environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:- Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
- Working with our food program and other store initiatives to drive sales and growth
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals

Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with assistance as needed
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
