**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with their travel plans
* Reviewing customer history and following policy and procedure guidelines
* Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues
* Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints
* Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
* Documenting information and outcomes as necessary
**Essential Functions**
