As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering client calls and providing outstanding customer support, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Selling our services to the best of your ability, using your exceptional communication skills to build trust and rapport with our clients.
- Scheduling virtual assessments and booking jobs efficiently, using our cutting-edge technology to streamline operations.
- Handling clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly, including data entry, reporting, and other administrative duties.
- Utilizing ServiceTitan to manage scheduling and client information, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with both customers and our team, ensuring that every interaction is respectful and courteous.
**What You Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Reliable phone and internet connectivity, as this is a remote position that requires a stable and fast connection.
- Great conversation skills and the ability to create a client from a lead, using your charm and charisma to build relationships.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we're looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- If you have knowledge of Home Service/Construction lingo, that's a huge plus – we're always looking for team members who can speak the language of our clients.
