You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and tools teams, to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize customer experience metrics. Your primary objectives will be to: * Partner with teams to improve processes and customer experience * Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement * Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize customer experience metrics * Collaborate with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects * Drive results and measure success through data-driven decision making **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for customer experience and a strong analytical mindset.
