  • Deeply immerse yourself in the needs of builder teams, product owners, and end‑users, translating raw feedback into concrete product and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate regular user interviews, usability studies, and feedback loops to prioritize high‑impact features that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.
  • Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborate with design, engineering, and data science to ensure alignment on scope, feasibility, and delivery timelines.

Technical Decision‑Making & Trade‑Off Analysis

  • Partner closely with engineering leads to evaluate “build vs. integrate” scenarios, weighing performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
