We are currently seeking an experienced, results‑oriented E‑Commerce Customer Business Manager to spearhead our strategic initiatives on the United States arenaxflex Marketplace (including Canada) and the California Pet Pharmacy (arenaxflex Marketplace for major retail partners). Core Responsibilities – Your Impact at arenaxflex

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive e‑commerce strategy for the arenaxflex Marketplace (U.S./Canada) and the California Pet Pharmacy, aligning sales objectives with overarching corporate goals.
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine annual sales and marketing plans, including budgeting, pricing strategies, trade spend allocation, and promotional calendars.
  • Partner with Demand Planning to construct robust annual forecasts, deliver monthly updates, and adjust plans to ensure on‑time product availability and inventory optimization.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the primary business liaison for key arenaxflex e‑commerce accounts, cultivating strong, collaborative relationships that drive revenue growth and enhance brand equity.
  • Establish short‑ and long‑term sales targets, monitor performance against KPIs, and proactively address gaps through data‑driven insights.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, terms, and conditions to protect the company’s interests while delivering value to partners.

Financial Stewardship

  • Assume full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, focusing on top‑line growth, margin protection, and cost efficiency.
  • Conduct regular profitability analyses, leveraging advanced Excel modeling to identify opportunities for upsell, cross‑sell, and expense reduction.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Minimum Requirements – The Foundations of Success

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of e‑commerce sales and account management experience, preferably within the consumer health, pet, or related consumer goods sectors.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that achieve measurable revenue and profit targets.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a track record of building complex financial models, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel 30 %–40 % of the time, primarily within the United States, to meet with key partners and attend industry events.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
  • Digital Literacy: Strong knowledge of e‑commerce contract terms, SEO, SEM, PPC, and platform‑specific advertising tools.
