You'll be responsible for entering data into our systems, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks. If you're a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions * Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service * Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays * Assist with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and item arrangement as determined by policies and procedures * Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital visa photo service, banner print, and creative machine * Take on web order responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and organized store environment and appearance * Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with colleagues * Complete special tasks and other assignments as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or information technology) * Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail or data entry environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
