**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service and Quoting Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their project requirements, generate quotes, and communicate changes using our internally developed tools. With the support of our engineering team, you'll learn everything you need to know about our manufacturing services and become an expert in Design for Manufacturability for 3D printing, CNC machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Injection Molding.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements and generate quotes using our internally developed tools
* Communicate changes and updates to customers via email and phone
* Work closely with the engineering team to resolve customer queries and provide expert advice on manufacturing services
* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's manufacturing services, including 3D printing, CNC machining, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Injection Molding
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
* Computer fluency and proficiency in using software applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, business, or manufacturing) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical industry
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a manufacturing or technical industry, particularly in 3D printing, CNC machining, or Injection Molding
* Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and practices
* Familiarity with simulation software and its applications in manufacturing
* Certification in a related field (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) or willingness to pursue certification

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

* Proficiency in using software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive salary of $40,000 per year, with up to a 2% performance-based raise four times per year
