  • Physical stamina to stand for an entire shift and perform routine tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
  • Comfort working in variable temperature zones—store floor, outdoor entrances, and cooler areas—for short periods.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak‑time periods.
