Senior MLOps Engineer - OpenShift AI

At Red Hat, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MLOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive our AI initiatives to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions on the OpenShift platform. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about machine learning and has a strong background in DevOps and cloud computing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions. Utilize DevOps principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency in AI development and deployment. Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and AI. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during development and deployment. Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to ensure smooth integration of AI models. Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions and processes. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior MLOps engineers. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AI solutions. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership. Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance the AI capabilities on the OpenShift platform. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to AI.
