Remote Lead Operational Readiness Specialist

In this role, you will conduct integrated assessments to ensure the survivability of critical national and theater mission systems against a variety of threats. You'll perform multifaceted evaluations, aimed at maintaining operational continuity for defense missions. Accountabilities • Conduct assessments of continuity of operations programs and emergency management plans. • Analyze information from relevant systems and plans as part of the assessment process. • Execute CBRNE training operations and ensure personnel readiness. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in operational readiness or related fields. • Expertise in emergency management risk assessment processes. • Required CBRNE experience and training qualifications. • Possession of an active US Passport. • Willingness to travel up to 20% with potentially necessary travel to specific locations. • Active Secret Clearance with potential for upgrade to Top Secret.
