We combine cutting-edge AI models with expert academic guidance to deliver a product students love. We're a small, scrappy startup based in Puerto Rico, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to support our founder and help keep the business running smoothly. This is a catch-all role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can wear many hats. What You'll Do - Manage the founder's calendar, communications, and day-to-day scheduling - Coordinate across teams including developers, QA, marketing, and coaching staff - Help manage and oversee marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media content, and TikTok UGC creator programs - Assist with hiring and onboarding of freelancers and contractors - Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks - Handle billing operations, payment management, and customer support escalations - Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation - Support general business operations: vendor management, research, travel coordination, and ad hoc projects - Interface with students, creators, and partners on behalf of leadership as needed Who You Are - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university - 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, or office management role - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable with technology and SaaS tools (Slack, Notion, Airtable, Stripe, Google Workspace, etc.) - Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative without constant direction - Based in Puerto Rico (required) - this is a remote position but candidates must reside on the island - Familiarity with the EdTech or AI space is a plus but not required What We Offer - Competitive salary ($38,000 - $50,000/year depending on experience) - Fully remote work environment - Direct access to and mentorship from the founding team - Opportunity to grow with an early-stage AI startup - A dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions have immediate impact Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
