Summary: • We are seeking a Manager to lead and manage large-scale Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) initiatives • The Manager will collaborate closely with business, risk, compliance, technology, and data management teams on projects • The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solutions, including Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is preferred • This position is Remote, with occasional travel Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Delivery • Lead and manage Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives • Design and implement data governance frameworks, operating models, and policies that prioritize ethical innovation • Conduct data maturity assessments and capability evaluations to inform measurable progress • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to assess pain points and define strategic initiatives • Evaluate and enhance existing data processes, tools, and governance frameworks to drive continuous excellence Strategic Leadership & Business Development • Act as a key client partner, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and shared success • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, representing Paradigm at industry events and in publications with insight and credibility • Identify opportunities for new business and participate in proposal development that aligns with client needs and impact potential • Provide strategic recommendations to clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business value Practice & Capability Development • Mentor junior team members, supporting talent development, and contribute to a culture of growth, collaboration, and leadership at all levels • Manage and enhance Paradigm’s Data & AI Strategy & Advisory offerings by refining methodologies and frameworks to reflect evolving client priorities • Design and deliver training programs on data strategy and governance that embed ethics and shared learning Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in Data Governance, or Data Management, or Data Strategy, preferably involving Informatica Cloud solutions • Strong understanding of Data Management frameworks (DAMA DMBOK, DCAM) and AI Governance principles • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing client engagements • Experience in data maturity assessments, target-state design, and policy formulation • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field • Background in Management Consulting or large-scale Data Transformation programs is preferred • Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solutions, including Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI), is preferred • Informatica Certifications are preferred • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is preferred • Experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Asset Management) is a plus Why Join Paradigm At Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
