About the position
TEKsystems is currently hiring for FULL-TIME Member Service Representatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Winchester, VA area to start on April 20!
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A 60 MILE RADIUS OF WINCHESTER, VA!
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for members in a fast-paced, 24/7 high-volume contact center. Key responsibilities include:
Responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals.
Providing information on the company's products and services, using strong knowledge, active listening, and adaptability across multiple systems to ensure an optimal member experience.
Performing transactions or related functions for accounts such as savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more.
Advising members on additional products and services that align with their needs, while fostering positive interactions.
Handling a high call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.
This position offers a supportive team environment and the chance to grow within a prestigious financial institution. Although primarily hybrid after training, you must be comfortable reporting onsite during the training period.
Responsibilities

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience (e.g., call center, collections, or banking) working directly with customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Willingness to assist others and navigate challenging conversations.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer knowledge, including data entry and typing proficiency.
• Must have 6-day availability and a 9.5-hour window of flexibility.
• Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.
