Performance Marketing Lead (Paid Growth)

What we’re looking for Own paid growth end-to-end across Google (Search/YouTube), Meta (Instagram / Facebook), TikTok, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and more Who you are • Performance-first + accountable: CAC + payback. • Extremely data-driven: funnels → cohorts → payback • Experimentation-obsessed: rapid, structured testing across creative/audience/offer/LPs. • Creative: strong angles • AI-leveraged: scale ad creation + iteration with AI tools like HeyGen, • Experienced in SaaS/software What you’ll do • Own channel strategy + budgets across the platforms above. • Build campaign architecture (targeting, bidding, pacing, landing pages). • Run a creative machine (UGC-style concepts, hooks, copy, statics, short-form video). • Own measurement + tracking from click → paid user; improve attribution quality. • Automate ops/reporting/analysis to move faster with less manual work.
