Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant The Adaptive Planning Principal Consultant is a senior member of our team responsible for leading end to end implementation of Adaptive Planning from initial client consultation and design to final testing and deployment. The Role Key Responsibilities: Expert knowledge of Adaptive Planning and Adaptive Pro certification. Translating business requirements into functional designs of scalable, best practice models. Configure and optimize models, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting needs. Provide guidance to clients regarding finance best practices to be incorporated in their model. Contribute to project management and ensure client satisfaction. Mentor and coach less experienced consultants, share best practices and provide expert guidance on Adaptive functionality. The Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience 4 or more years of hands-on in Workday Adaptive Planning. Strong accounting/finance background Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Up to 15% travel This role does not support sponsorship Adaptive Planning certified required Flexible Working So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
