You will be expected to synthesize complex information from various sources, including financial reports, industry publications, and YipitData's proprietary datasets, into clear, concise, and insightful analyses. • You will play a crucial role in due diligence processes, supporting our private equity clients by providing them with comprehensive data analysis on potential acquisitions. This includes evaluating market size and growth potential, analyzing customer acquisition costs and lifetime value, assessing churn rates, and understanding revenue models and operational efficiencies of target companies. • A significant part of your role will involve building and maintaining sophisticated financial models. These models will be used to forecast financial performance, evaluate valuation scenarios, and assess the potential return on investment for private equity deals. You will need to be adept at using Excel and other financial modeling tools to create robust and dynamic models. • You will be responsible for preparing high-quality client-facing materials, including investment memos, presentations, and reports. These documents will communicate your findings and recommendations to senior investment professionals at our client firms.
