[Remote] Public Accounting Bookkeeper (CPA Firm Experience Required)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CV Resources is seeking a Remote Bookkeeper with experience from a CPA firm. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of clients using QuickBooks online and will be responsible for tracking financial dealings and providing regular financial reports.
Responsibilities
• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Manage multiple clients
Skills
• Strong QBO Experience (non-negotiable)
• Worked for a public accounting firm (CPA Firm)
• Experience completing full-cycle bookkeeping on multiple different clients
• Ability to review books and identify errors (posting errors, negative balances, etc)
• Strong judgement and escalation skills
• Able to manage deadlines and comfortable with high client volume
