## What You'll Be Doing: Develop and implement cross-venue market making strategies with a deep understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, and execution optimization Design and implement quantitative models for pricing, risk management, and position sizing across multiple crypto venues Build low-latency trading systems in Rust that can execute strategies across CeFi and DeFi venues simultaneously ## What We Look For In You: Deep understanding of market making concepts, including spread modeling, inventory management, adverse selection, and order flow toxicity Experience with cross-venue trading strategies, arbitrage identification, and understanding of venue-specific market dynamics Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/UDP optimization, and WebSocket connections Proficiency in Rust programming language with focus on building high-performance trading systems Experience with market microstructure, order book dynamics, and high-frequency trading concepts Passion for trading and genuine interest in crypto markets Experience with backtesting frameworks and strategy simulation • *The crypto industry is evolving rapidly, offering new opportunities in blockchain, web3, and remote crypto roles — don’t miss your chance to be part of it.** Apply tot his job
