Accounts Payable Bookkeeper
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper - Business Process Outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate books and records for multiple small to mid-sized clients, including various reporting needs
• Manage the entire procure to pay process and vendor relationships for multiple clients
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support external audits by providing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a professional services organization
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and payroll processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Bill.com, QuickBooks) and advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes
