Senior BPO Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, BPO Operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all operational and business components of the BPO program, including SOPs, reporting, and vendor performance management
• Lead daily operational oversight and act as the primary internal contact for all BPO partners
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance consistency, efficiency, and quality across outsourced functions
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in BPO Management, Business Operations, or Strategy
• Proven experience managing remote vendor teams in a high-volume environment
• Hands-on experience with daily production oversight and operational metrics
• Ability to diagnose workflow inefficiencies and develop practical solutions
• Data fluency with experience in building dashboards and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
