Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Class Action Project Manager to oversee the management of class action lawsuit settlements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of class action lawsuits and settlements including budgeting, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure successful resolution of class action cases
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the class action process and ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcomes
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of class action cases
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, particularly with complex legal projects
• Strong understanding of class action settlements
• Experience working with legal teams and outside counsel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
