Prophet 21 Specialist Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Prophet 21 Specialist to optimize our enterprise resource planning systems and enhance our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SQL and Epicor, with an emphasis on improving efficiency and accuracy within our operations. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and improve existing ERP systems and configurations. • Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data from ERP databases. • Provide user support and training for ERP system users. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions. • Document system processes, configurations, and training materials. • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolutions. • Manage inventory data and support supply chain management initiatives. • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on business performance. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience with SQL and Epicor Prophet 21 ERP systems. • Familiarity with business process management and data analysis techniques. • Experience in database management and reporting tools. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. • Excellent communication skills for effective user support and training. • Knowledge of additional ERP systems and Power BI is a plus.
