With a wide range of integrated tools, our customers can optimize their operations, enhance member engagement, and grow their communities. **The Role** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their success with our software. You will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, resolving issues, and answering questions related to our software and business processes. * Troubleshooting software issues, identifying root causes, and collaborating with Development and Quality Assurance teams to resolve system issues. * Documenting frequently asked questions, preparing knowledge-based content, and creating user-friendly resources for our customers. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, triage, and resolve production issues and feature requests. * Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our software, its features, and its applications in the dance industry. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Strong customer service and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. * A flexible work schedule, with the ability to work on weekends and adapt to changing priorities. * A passion for the dance industry and a willingness to learn and grow with our customers. * Previous experience with SaaS or payments industry is preferred but not mandatory. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.
