Position Overview – Youth Program & Data Entry Specialist

The Youth Program & Data Entry Specialist is a cornerstone role within arenaflex’s Summer Youth Services team. Key Responsibilities

• Program Promotion & Outreach: Actively promote all arenaflex youth programs and supplemental services to participants and their families, utilizing flyers, social media, community events, and direct outreach.
• Guidance & Instruction: Deliver clear, age‑appropriate instructions on program requirements, timelines, and activities, helping participants understand expectations and next steps.
• Application & Orientation Support: Assist youth in completing initial applications, scheduling orientations, and preparing necessary documentation for successful program entry.
