Chief Growth Officer - Healthcare SaaS
Company Overview
We are a high-growth Healthcare Data Analytics and Population Health SaaS company enabling health systems, health plans, and ACOs to improve clinical, financial, and operational performance through advanced analytics, risk stratification, and real-time insights.
As we scale nationally, we are seeking a transformational Chief Growth Officer to architect and lead the enterprise growth strategy across all revenue channels, markets, and partnerships.
This executive will partner directly with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the organization’s growth roadmap and valuation trajectory.
Key Executive Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth Strategy
• Develop and execute the company’s multi-year growth strategy aligned with corporate valuation and exit goals.
• Define market segmentation, ICP prioritization, and expansion strategy across payer, provider, and value-based care markets.
• Establish growth forecasts, revenue targets, and pipeline velocity benchmarks.
• Identify new markets, verticals, and geographic expansion opportunities.
Revenue Leadership
• Own all revenue-generating functions, including Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Channel / Alliances, Growth Marketing alignment, Revenue Operations
• Own the sales process end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, sales presentation development, solution presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship building
• Build scalable commercial infrastructure, processes, and forecasting discipline.
• Optimize pricing, packaging, and monetization models.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the healthcare provider, payer, and ACO landscape.
Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships
• Lead enterprise partnership strategy with Health systems, Health plans, ACO networks, Technology partners, Distribution partners
• Structure and negotiate large strategic deals and multi-year contracts.
• Represent the company at executive-level industry engagements and strategic forums.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Product, Software Development, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to ensure Product-market fit, Market-driven roadmap prioritization, Competitive differentiation
• Translate market intelligence into actionable strategy for leadership and board.
Executive Influence & Board Engagement
• Present growth strategy, forecasts, and performance metrics to CEO, investors, and board.
• Build KPI frameworks for pipeline, CAC, LTV, ARR growth, retention, and expansion revenue.
• Drive data-driven decision making across various Growth functions.
Team & Infrastructure Development
• Recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing sales and growth resources.
• Establish performance management frameworks and compensation architecture.
• Create a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and strategic thinking.
Required Qualifications
Executive Experience
• 12+ years in healthcare technology, SaaS, or analytics growth leadership.
• 5+ years in senior executive leadership (VP, SVP, or C-suite).
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets exceeding $25M+ ARR.
Industry Expertise
• Deep expertise in healthcare ecosystem such as Value-based care, Risk adjustment, Population health, Clinical analytics, Provider + payer economics
• Experience selling into complex healthcare enterprises.
• Existing national executive relationships across health systems, payers, and ACO networks that can deliver immediate growth results
• Background in healthcare interoperability, risk models, or data platforms
Growth Leadership Competencies
• Proven track record scaling SaaS revenue through multiple growth stages.
• Strong strategic planning and financial modeling capability.
• Ability to design and operationalize scalable GTM architecture.
• Experience leading enterprise deals with complex stakeholder environments.

• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and board stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical discipline.
