Job Title: Consultant (part-time) Duration: 09 months contract - 10 hours/week. Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204- REMOTE (Position is primarily remote with approximately 5% travel and requirement to be on-site in Indianapolis for mandatory in-person meetings.) This role ensures transparency, accountability, and adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting the Department s mission to protect public health and maintain fair healthcare practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field (Master s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital administration, compliance, or healthcare regulatory oversight. Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations. Proven ability to interpret contracts and structured compliance documents. Preferred Experience Familiarity with COPA frameworks or similar regulatory agreements. Experience working with state health departments or healthcare regulatory agencies. Required / Desired Skills: Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital administration, compliance, or healthcare regulatory oversight.
